PAYMENTS
Payment of booking is required within 48 hours to confirm all reservations.
You can pay by EFT or credit card (For secure online credit card payments, 3% will be added to your charge and we require an email address for this, please clear it with your bank before you use the link!).
CANCELLATION POLICY
(Please ensure that you have adequate cancellation insurance to cover the below!)
• 31- 60 days, 50% cancellation fee
• 30 days, 100% cancellation fee
• When booking the lodge exclusively, 25% of full amount is non refundable
• When booking the lodge exclusively, 100% if cancelled 1 - 60 days prior to date of arrival
2024 Cancellation policy
All travellers are advised to take out fully comprehensive travel insurance with ‘cancellation for no reason’. This insurance must be able to fully cover cancellation of travel fewer than 45 days prior to arrival.
In the event of any reservation being cancelled after Baobab Ridge has issued a confirmation, for any reason other than a WHO-recognised pandemic or travel ban that impacts the booking, the following cancellation fees will apply:
1-14 days prior to arrival – 0% refund
29-15 days prior to arrival – 20% refund
30-45 days prior to arrival – 75% refund
46 or more days prior to arrival – 100% refund

ROAD TRANSFERS
Road transfers in conjunction with a stay at Baobab Ridge can be arranged. Baobab Ridge transfers from/to Hoedspruit's Eastgate Airport or The Bush Pub & Inn are charged for at R715 (2024) per person, per transfer (min. 2 pax). Please ask for rates for single travellers and more than two guests travelling together.
